Odell Beckham Jr. Makes 9-year-old Cancer Patients Dream Come True
The situation started becoming public after the father of current teammate Weston Richburg posted on social media asking to make Jayro’s wish come true.
Soon enough, Beckham became aware of the situation and worked with the Make-A-Wish foundation to help get him to Jayro’s hometown of Amarillo, Texas as soon as possible.
The two spent time together and Beckham Jr. was even seen wearing the custom "Team Jayro" shirt to show his support.
"We were blessed to spend time with this amazing soul and his friend! There's no words for this experience," said a message on the on the Team Jayro Facebook page. "Jayro enjoyed this experience to the fullest. Thank you Make A Wish!"
